Everybody wants to be the first to call an end to the bubble.

The author may be right, that the end of this harvest season may be a proper time to short POT. But then again; the harvest season may reveal a greater need for POT?

Where will the stock price be in October? I bet $300 or more!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-915569627637323801.post-39462273408112260202008-04-25T16:20:00.000-07:002008-04-25T16:20:00.000-07:00Content=OK,blog organization = poor (sorry!)It was...Content=OK,
blog organization = poor (sorry!)
It was very difficult to read on this dark background.
Why not keep it simple - black on white. But it won't return to past cheap price any more. It should return to a more affordable level but remain expensive. Fertilizer players like POT now has high P/E based on expectations of ever increasing potash price and ever increasing production volume. They do NOT deserve P/Es that are reserved by rapidly growing companies. They need to fall back eventually. But it's too early to short the fertilizer sector. Wait till after the harvest season.JJ2000426https://www.blogger.com/profile/07973237146288465819noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-915569627637323801.post-12252318672058824532008-04-25T04:30:00.000-07:002008-04-25T04:30:00.000-07:00Nice article in particular about Potash (POT). The other side of the supply aspect is that the amount of free land available for farming is being reduced rapidly due to environmental degradation and urbanization. Increased yield requirements via the usage of potash and other fertilisers is a phenomena which is here to stay.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
